Another volunteer date scheduled for April 21, 2018 - 9am - 5pm - see Facebook Page and Blog for details!
- So excited to have Jason Zuhlke as our barn manager - and with his 30 chickens The Farm now sells farm fresh eggs!
- G and Gretl's stall was enlarged so they have more room to move around. G is finding his way around and found his feed bucket in the new corner very quickly. They are also enjoying the new big hey net.
- A new stall was built in the coverall which gives Charlie more room and helps keep him dry and out of the wind. - You will be happy to hear Charlie is enjoying the extra space the new stall provides.
- Side Panels were secured to the shelter in Charlie's pen. This will provide him with a good place to stay out of the wind and rain when he is enjoying time in the pen.
- Electric fence wire was replaced on the big pasture. All we need to do now is get the electric box hooked up and the horses can enjoy the nice big field.
I hope you realize how much help this has been and how much it is appreciated. It would have taking Mike and I soooo much longer to complete these tasks.
We will be scheduling another volunteer work day soon. Make sure to like our Facebook page and check our website at ccthorserecue.org for the latest news.
